When you connect Aproovr to your Slack workspace, we access:

• Your Slack user identity (name, email, avatar) for account linking
• Permission to send direct messages for approval notifications
• Permission to post in channels you configure for approval updates

We do not read your Slack messages, access your Slack history, or collect data from channels beyond what is necessary for approval notifications. You can disconnect Slack at any time from your account settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Slack: For sending approval notifications and enabling one-click approvals
• Email delivery provider: For sending email notifications
• Payment processor (Stripe): For processing subscription payments — we do not store your credit card details

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. If we use analytics, we will update this section accordingly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Audit trail data may be retained longer to meet compliance requirements. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
