By using Aproovr ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aproovr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aproovr provides approval workflow management software that enables teams to streamline sign-off processes through various communication channels including Slack, email, and web dashboard.

3. User Accounts

To use Aproovr, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aproovr and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aproovr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aproovr and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aproovr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
