Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Aproovr. Here's how our billing and refunds work.

1. Free Tier

Aproovr offers a free tier with no payment required. You can use the free tier for as long as you like with no obligation to upgrade. No credit card is needed to sign up.

2. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you need help cancelling, contact us at hello@aproovr.cloud.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund on an annual plan within the 14-day window, contact us at hello@aproovr.cloud with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Price Changes

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
